1. Data controller

2. Data I process and why

I process the data you give me in the contact form or by email: name, phone, email, the service or town you are interested in and a description of your enquiry. The purpose is to deal with your request and, if you agree, to prepare a quote.

I do not use your data to send marketing or to build profiles.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and the need to take pre-contractual steps in response to your request for a quote.

4. Recipients and processors

I do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. To record enquiries I use a contact management service, and to prevent spam I use Google reCAPTCHA, which may process the minimum technical data needed to operate.

5. Retention

I keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your request and then for the periods required by applicable law. After that I delete it.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@fontanerotorreviejaya.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
