Pipe camera inspection in Torrevieja
Before breaking walls or floors, it is worth seeing what is happening inside the pipe. With an inspection camera I locate breaks, blockages and roots without building work done blind.

What I do
A camera inspection lets you decide based on facts. Instead of digging a trench or opening a wall to see what is going on, I travel through the pipe from the inside and know exactly where the problem is and how big it is.
Pipe inspection with a camera
The camera travels inside the pipe and shows the condition of each section on screen: cracks, open joints, sediment, roots or reverse falls. That tells me exactly what needs repairing.
At the end you receive the inspection record showing where the damaged points are. With that information you can decide whether a spot repair or a replacement is needed, and I give you the quote.
When a camera inspection is worth it
When a blockage keeps coming back even after clearing, there is almost always something in the pipe causing it: a displaced joint, a sunken section or roots that have got in. The camera shows it without any guesswork.
It is also useful when damp appears near the drainage network and nobody knows where it comes from, before buying a property, or before a renovation that will reuse the existing drains.
What you can see inside the pipe
The screen shows cracks, open joints, build-up of sediment and grease, roots, reverse falls and crushed sections. Each issue is placed along the run, so I know where to work and how much needs opening.
With that information I can propose a spot repair of the damaged section instead of replacing the whole network, or confirm that the pipe is fine and the problem lies elsewhere.
After the inspection
I show you the images of the run and explain what I have seen. If cleaning, unblocking or repairing a section is needed, I give you a written quote before doing anything.
If the problem is in downpipes, manholes or the sewer network, I can also take care of the repair, so the same plumber who found the fault is the one who fixes it.
Inspection before buying or renovating
Before buying a property, especially an older one or one with buried drainage runs, it is worth knowing what condition the network is in. A camera inspection shows whether there are breaks, roots or sunken sections that would need repairing.
The same applies before a renovation: if the new bathroom or kitchen will drain into the existing network, it is better to know before tiling whether that network is in good condition.
Inspection and unblocking
When there is a blockage, the pipe usually has to be cleared first so the camera can travel along it. Afterwards, the inspection confirms whether the pipe is now clean or whether there is a defect that makes the blockage come back.
That way you do not have to clear the same drain every few months without knowing why, and the repair is done only on the section where the problem is.
Buried runs, roots and downpipes
In detached houses and homes with a garden, much of the drainage runs underground to the manhole or the street. If a root gets in through a joint or the ground settles and a section sinks, water stops flowing properly and blockages keep coming back. The camera locates the exact point and avoids digging up the whole garden or slab to find it.
In apartment buildings, an inspection is also useful for checking shared downpipes and collectors when damp or blockages affect several homes at once.
